Have been coming to this dental office for about 6 years now and every time I come in for an appointment I am waiting in the waiting room for about an hour and sometimes LONGER! If the doctor is backed up the least they could do is give you a call! Horrible customer service from the front desk girl doesn’t even greet you or let you talk as she simply says write your name on the paper with attitude. They’re there laughing and messing around instead of doing their job. 4 people got here after me and were let in before me because they knew someone who worked there. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The doctor is very nice and does a very good job but with the amount of time I’m waiting in the waiting room it is not I worth it. Spare your time and don’t come here!
